Terms
This site is a private download gate for Memory Recall. It is not a hosted recording service.
Who publishes this site
Memory Recall publishes this website. The operator of memoryrecall.ai is the publisher. To reach us, email support@memoryrecall.ai using the same address you registered or requested a download with. Privacy, retention, and deletion are on the Privacy page.
The product
Memory Recall runs on your computer. You are responsible for the machine, the recordings you import, and who you let sit at the keyboard. We offer Memory Recall for use in the United States only.
Refunds
If you paid for a license, you may ask for your money back within 14 days after your first payment for that license. To ask, email support@memoryrecall.ai and give us the email address you used to buy the license. We will refund the amount of that payment to the way you paid, and your license then ends. After those 14 days, and for any renewal payment, payments are not refundable, except where the law requires a refund. A free trial or a pilot license has no payment to refund.
Google Calendar (optional, in the app)
Memory Recall may, if you choose, connect to Google Calendar using only https://www.googleapis.com/auth/calendar.readonly. That connection runs in the app on your computer. This website does not receive calendar data. How that data is accessed, used, retained, and deleted is on the Privacy page.
This website
If you create an account we store the email and a one-way password hash. A download request stores the email only. There is no warranty that a build is available today. Accounts may be removed.
Deletion
To delete website-held rows (your account email and any download request), email support@memoryrecall.ai using the same address you registered or requested a download with. App data lives on your machine, so you delete it there. Details are on the Privacy page.
Acceptable use
Do not probe, scrape, or attempt to read other people's download requests or accounts. Admin pages (pages for the publisher of this website) are not for public use.
